The newly built Noema Villa features three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Modern aesthetics and decoration are strongly present in the interior area, which cleverly combines the lofty atmosphere with elements of minimalism and brutalism.
There are three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with two single beds each (which can be joined into double beds), and the third bedroom, the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have 50” Smart TVs. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room is vast and comfortable, featuring a 65” Smart TV while the fully equipped kitchen features numerous appliances, such as a dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 8 persons.
Stepping outside, you will find a private, fenced area, where the magnificent swimming pool (with two 1.60m beds and a hydromassage function) is prominent. The outdoors also offers a built BBQ, a sink, a built 4m x 2.5m sofa as well as a shaded dining area.
